Progress Independence to Co-Host Forum on Landfill Use and Recycling
Progress Independence will co-host a public forum on landfill use and recycling on

 

Wednesday, April 23rd from 6:00 -7:30 p.m.
at Truman High School, 3301 S. Noland Road, Independence. 

 

The forum is part of a series of community discussions initiated by the Mid America Regional Council and One KC Voice soliciting residents’ input on environmental issues.  Attendees will be invited to share information and ideas on what prevents them from participating in local recycling programs and how the region can reduce the amount of trash entering landfills

Progress Independence is a Missouri 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation dedicated to encouraging engaged citizenship within the city of Independence.  All forums are free and open to the public.
